The present Atlas is a part of the extensive data obtained at Abastumani Astrophysical Observatory for the period of 1971—1975 in the process of persistent, pioneer in many ways, works on studying the lunar surface with the electropolarimetric method [1,3,5—18], representing one of the traditional techniques for this observatory in investigating the celestial objects.
The lunar Earthside polarimetric maps at 21 different phases make the basis of the Atlas.
